Professional Experience

Mr. Cartwright has extensive trial experience litigating matters that range from will contests and removal actions, trust litigation, elder financial abuse cases, shareholder freeze-outs and squeeze-outs, and a broad range of property and tort actions.

Mr. Cartwright has been a contributing author to several Oregon State Bar Continuing Legal Education publications. He has also been a featured speaker on probate and elder financial abuse litigation issues at seminars sponsored by the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Law Institute and the Multnomah Bar Association.
